Cancellations/No Shows
24 hour advance notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.  If you are unable to provide 24 hour notice, or do not show for a scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount for your missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
Your massage time begins and ends at expected scheduled time.  You will be expected to pay the full amount for time you scheduled.

Snow Policy
If local (Merrimack Valley) area school districts are closed due to inclement weather, appointments for that day will require rescheduling and you will not be held responsible for coming in or paying for your appointment, please contact if you are not sure.

Parent and Legal Guardian Requirements
Clients under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign permission before a treatment can be given. Download and Print Consent Form.

Payment is due at time of service.  Cash, credit cards, checks and gift certificates are accepted.  There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any amount and must be paid for at the time they are issued.  Gift certificates are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash.

I do not accept insurance payments or submit for any insurance claims.  I can provide you with a receipt and any other information that you may require in order to submit your own claim to insurance.

All medical and personal information gathered is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Informed Consent and Client Agreement

  • I will only use techniques within my scope of practice which is deemed appropriate for your treatment

  • Some kinds of massage may be inappropriate for certain conditions, be sure to be thorough in your medical history intake, and it is your responsibility to keep me up to date on any current conditions, symptoms or other.

Your Visit

  • If you are a returning client, please schedule your appointment when you can arrive on time. Your massage time begins and ends at the scheduled time.  You will be expected to pay the full amount for time you scheduled.

  • If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a new client intake and fill out paperwork or download and print.

  • Please silence your phone or any other electronic device, unless we have discussed special arrangements.
